Prices

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars unless otherwise stated. All prices (unless specified) exclude New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15% & freight. All prices are subject to change without notice (Error & Omissions Excepted). All prices already reflect a 2% discount for cash, EFTPOS and cheque payments. Credit Card payment do not qualify for the 2% discount.

Payment

We accept cash, debit card, credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS), bank transfer and cheque (subject to prior arrangement) for payment. 

Ownership

Ownership of products purchased does not pass to the purchaser until payment in full.

Agreement

Exzel IT Consulting agrees to sell and the Customer agrees to buy the products or services ordered through Exzel IT Consulting.

Acceptance

By placing an order for products or service request through Exzel IT Consulting, you are deemed to accept the all said Terms and Conditions of trade.

Stock Availability

All products for sale are subject to availability. Errors and omissions excepted. We cannot guarantee that certain products will always be available when you place your order, but if your order cannot be filled immediately you can withdraw your order. Exzel IT Consulting reserves the right to limit the number of sale items purchased per customer.

Pictures of products are for illustrative purposes only, actual product may differ.

Website

Website transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error-free as information could be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete. Exzel IT Consulting does all it can to minimize the risk, however, it can not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this website. The end-user purchaser deems an acceptance to our scope of service and all siad Terms and Conditions of Trade.

Warranty

  1. All products purchased from  Exzel IT Consulting are covered by 3 Months to 1 year Return to Base Hardware warranty with original invoice. Some models of laptops and monitors carry a 3 year manufacturer's warranty.
  2. Exzel IT Consulting will only provide warranty service in respect to products which were supplied by us.
  3. Exzel IT Consulting will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to the purchaser or to any other person or to the property of the purchaser or any other person arising out of the use or possession of the product.
  4. Tampering or unauthorized use voids the warranty.
  5. Software related problems are not covered by warranty.

Customer's Data & Software

  1. Customer has full control and knowledge of information, data and softwares stored on customer's System and will be responsible for such information, data and softwares and their use, including, but not limited to, installed 3rd-party softwares, all of the user's personal setting preferences, contents and backup files.
  2. Customer acknowledges that Exzel IT Consulting  has been requested to perform the work or services that may destroy some or all data files, settings and softwares stored on customer's System.
  3. Customer also acknowledges that in the event of the said data files, settings and softwares being erased, damaged or lost during the work or services performed by Exzel IT Consulting, neither Exzel IT Consulting nor its employees will be held responsible.

Delivery

We will make every effort to ensure the delivery of products or services is on time but will not be liable for any loss or damage arising in any way from any delay in the delivery.

All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be made to the carrier within seven days of the date of delivery.

Your order is charged in full at the time your order is placed. Please ensure the delivery address and the receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed. We use a Signature Required Delivery Service. Please ensure your delivery address is one that will be attended during week days.

We will endeavour to supply all orders placed via this site. If the product you ordered is currently unavailable or no longer available. Our Customer Service team will contact you to let you know of the cancellation or delay of your order.

Shipping Cost:

The web site will automatically calculate the freight charge based on the weight and quantity of sold items. However, this freight charge is an estimate only and will be confirmed at the point of despatch.

Return & Refund Policy

All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee and must be within thirty (30) days of purchase and in saleable condition.

Bank charge is not refundable for returns of products purchased by credit card.

Software cannot be returned if opened unless it is faulty.

Pick up Conditions

If you have placed an order and have partly or fully paid for the product(s) to be picked up, please provide Exzel IT Consulting with proof of payment and your photo ID if you are collecting the product(s).

All devices must be picked up by the customer within sixty (60) calendar days from the date when the device is received by Exzel IT Consulting. Otherwise, Exzel IT Consulting  will dispose of the said item at our discretion.

Use of information

  1. The customer agrees that we may obtain information about you from you or any other person (including any credit or debt collection agencies) in the course of our business, and the customer consent to any person providing Exzel IT Consulting with such information.
  2. The customer agree that Exzel IT Consulting may give any information we have about the customer relating to your credit worthiness to any other person, including any credit or debt collection agency, for credit assessment and debt collection purposes.
  3. The customer must notify Exzel IT Consulting of any change in circumstances that may affect the accuracy of the information you provided to us. (If you are an individual, i.e. a natural person, you have rights under the Privacy Act 1993 to access and request the correction of any personal information that we hold about you).

Liability

In no event will Exzel IT Consulting be liable to any party for any direct or indirect consequential damages for use of this website including but not limited to, any  loss of data, lost of profits or business interruption.
